Subject: sliplogin, -clocal?

I've found that (distressingly), the default state for a tty line appears
to be clocal. This means that it doesn't get booted on hangups. I'd like
to fix this, and I can put 'stty -clocal' in /etc/profile, but this doesn't
provide a general solution. In particular, slip users don't run that, and
slip.login is run <> /dev/null.

Is there a way to set clocal in gettytab that I just didn't notice? Please
advise. Thanks!
