We should probably run a web server on ftp.netbsd.org or perhaps
web.netbsd.org if we want to bog down a different machine, because
those are the names by which people will expect to find things.

It is not very hard to get an initial page done.  I've done one for
myself, just for fun, but it is only visible in side my workplace.
I could set up the web server if someone else wanted to provide a
hierarchy of pages (or a start on one, at least).
