I followed der Mouses advice and installed send-pr at my machine at
work, I just had no idea it was just a machine-independent
shell-script.  Well, I filed my first PR, and a while later I noticed
I had given a partly broken fix for the problem.  Where to do I follow
up with new info, and how?
