The problem with people not using sup is that they might miss updates.

	How about this idea:

		Nighty (or weekly) sun-lamp runs (int the src dir)
		'find . ! -type d -ls' into a file, then people can
		ftp this down, plus a small schell script that reads
		the file line by line & then checks to see if the
		info for the file on the local filesystem is different
		from the one in the file, it prodices on stdout a list
		of these files.

		You could run 'cksum `find . ! -type d -ls`', but that
		won't have timestamps or sizes.. combining both would
		give the best for the more paranoid.
