I had a little trouble remaking the 1.0-current system from 0.9 because
the /usr/obj/lib/librpc contained some old header files... apparently it
didn't copy the new sources in, but went ahead and generated the .x files
from the old ones in there.  I know, I should have rm -fr'ed /usr/obj, but
hey, I thought the makefiles would catch out of date stuff.
