Please could someone point me in the right direction for
setting the fc and fs (and xc and xs as well) attributes in
the printcap file for a serial port printer.  I can't seem
to work out how to map the stty output onto these
attributes.  lpd uses sgttyb.sg_flags to set the bits but I
can't find any documentation on doing it this way.
