Thanks to Jim McKim <mckim@dinah.lerc.nasa.gov> who's offered
preliminary space for my package collection.  I expect later today to
also put them on another FTP site (it's better connected to the NSFnet
backbone).

For now, they're at flick.lerc.nasa.gov:~ftp/pub/NetBSD/packages/i386/

I unfortunately didn't upload the packaging tool sources (they're at
home now), so you'll have to wait until tonight/tomorrow to get them.
