some of the sysent tables are still using 2 args, while others use 3
as the current systent struct expects. COMPAT_IBCS/COMPAT_SYSV show
problems for example.
this is a make from current sup, absolutely NO local mods, so this
might be visible to others.
can't see a clean way round this, the syscalls.master needs to change...
