My machine was hung out to dry over the weekend, so my early-morning
SUP run today was the first one for several days. I was surprised
to see this:

SUP Upgrade of current-allsrc at Tue Nov 15 04:45:14 1994
SUP Fileserver 7.13 (4.3 BSD) 6191 on sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu at 04:45:14
SUP Requesting changes since Nov 8 12:15:30 1994
SUP Deleted file src/usr.bin/pagesize/pagesize.c
SUP Deleted file src/usr.bin/pagesize/pagesize.1
SUP Deleted file src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/indxbib/signal.c
SUP Deleted file src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/indxbib/indxbib.cc
SUP Deleted file src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/indxbib/indxbib.1
SUP Deleted file src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/indxbib/eign
SUP Deleted file src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/indxbib/dirnamemax.c
SUP Deleted file src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/indxbib/Makefile
SUP Upgrade of current-allsrc completed at Nov 15 04:46:24 1994

Is this the first SUP of the post-1.0 era?

Is there some way to find out why "pagesize" and "indxbib" have been given
the proverbial axe?

Also, what is the "official" policy w.r.t. the patches? I am trying to keep
a -current tree in /usr/src and a "1.0" tree in /usr/src/1.0/usr/src. I
assume I should apply the patches to my "1.0" tree, but want to be 100% sure.

Thanks,
