Here's why I think rm should be made more forgiving and just remove
regardless of the trailing slash -- simple consitency:

	[michaelv@MindBender]~> mkdir blah
	[michaelv@MindBender]~> rmdir blah/
	[michaelv@MindBender]~> mkdir blah
	[michaelv@MindBender]~> rm -rf blah/
	rm: blah/: Is a directory.
