Yes, I mean exactly that. The only thing that it responds to is a
hardware reset or power cycle. *Everything* stops, as if the
machine were in an infinite loop with interrupts disabled. About
the only thing I haven't tried is forcing an nmi to see just how
locked up the machine is.
