How do you get telnetd to emit the login: string of the login
	sequence without adding the string to default in /etc/gettytab
	and thus get two login: strings burped out on your lines
	running regular getty? i.e. getty seems to know to add
	login:
	to the lm string but telnetd doesn't. B^(.

	Do I have to add a magic flag someplace?

	The default lm line in the distribution doesn't have login: as
	part of the string so their must be another way to get telnetd
	to emit it yes?
