upon reboot, even after syncing the disk, i keep losing a file from /,
usually either inode 3598 or 3597. this is strange because it happens
almost every boot.

i also just recieved a 'PARTIALLY ALLOCATED INODE I=21216' error while
fs checking a newly newfs'd partition, which makes very little sense,
even to my tired brain.

NetBSD 0.9C/hp300. level 2 file systems all around, HPIB disk.

anyone else seen anything like this?
