I finally got "sup" up and working, but discovered to my horror that the next
night's sup run fetched the entire universe again :-(

What's the most obvious reason why? I have the following sup setup:

("\"'s added for clarity)

netbsd4me.jpl.nasa.gov:1:29 [/usr/lib/supfiles] % ls -l
total 2
-rw-r--r--  1 root  bin  501 May 25 17:26 coll.list

netbsd4me.jpl.nasa.gov:1:30 [/usr/lib/supfiles] % cat coll.list
current release=allsrc host=sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu hostbase=/a/anon_ftp \
base=/usr prefix=/usr backup use-rel-suffix delete
current release=security host=sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu hostbase=/a/anon_ftp \
base=/usr prefix=/usr backup use-rel-suffix delete
current release=doc host=sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu hostbase=/a/anon_ftp \
base=/usr prefix=/usr backup use-rel-suffix delete
current release=othersrc host=sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu hostbase=/a/anon_ftp \
base=/usr prefix=/usr backup use-rel-suffix delete

netbsd4me.jpl.nasa.gov:1:31 % ls -lt /usr/sup/current
total 712
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel       4 May 26 06:18 when.othersrc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    5727 May 26 06:18 last.othersrc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel       4 May 26 06:17 when.doc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel     306 May 26 06:17 last.doc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel      47 May 26 06:17 last.security
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel       4 May 26 06:17 when.security
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  343654 May 26 06:17 last.allsrc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel       4 May 26 06:17 when.allsrc

I run "sup" from "cron" via "/usr/local/sbin/sup -s". Since it created all
of the above /usr/sup/current files upon first invocation, I would have thought
that from then on, it would know where to get the when.* files and thus know
to only sup the latest stuff since the when date. What am I missing?

Thanks,

	- Greg
