What is the SGID bit on directory expected to do ? On sunos4, it should
propagate the group id when a new file/directory is created. The SGID bit
is also propagated.
On netbsd-current (at least tar-balls of 16 april, but i've took a lock at the
last tar-balls, it seems to me that nothing changes for this), the SGID bit
has no effect, and is'nt propagated to new dirs. The group id is always
propagated, even if the user which create the file isn't member of this group.

Bug or feature ?
