Well, for what it's worth, 2 weeks ago at an AUUG Technical Conference
I heard Kirk McKusick say that it was waiting for him to get back to the
US (he'd been in Oz for a while) but that things were being prepared
in his absence.  As to his itinerary and ETA, I'm not privy to them.
