Is anyone out there still getting problems using the current kernel with
IDE drives?  I'm running on a gateway 33V w/ a 340 ide.

When I boot using the current version of the kernel I get to the device
configs and while accessing wd the machine spontaneously reboots...no
usual panic, nothing.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?
