this might have been in the -current tree for a day or two a while
ago, but has never been an 'announced' nor a 'supported' feature
of NetBSD.  The last time it went in, a vm bug kept it from working.
that bug was fixed a while ago, but mmap'ing /dev/kmem hasn't been
re-enabled.
