| Can any of the kern developers comment on what the supported console
| will be in the NetBSD-release? I know that there has been reference
| to 'pcvt'. Is this still the case?
|
| This would be helpful to know from a general standpoint, as well as
| XFree86 development. If the FreeBSD and NetBSD camps could agree on
| one, that would be even better.
|
| PS - I have been testing the pcvt betas, and it is a very nice
| console. The developer does need to get more "current" though.

as far as i know, syscons is up to date, and is a relatively
	good console driver.

i never did get a chance to use pcvt though. i believe that
the freebsd team is now using syscons as their driver of
choice. all of the xfree86 problems go away with this
	driver [i thinks].
