A while back I posted that I had problems with if_ed.c.  Well, I did, but
it was a bug in the mirroring scrpt I am using to feed the other end of my
uucp connection.

P.S.  The problem was, I was using a CRC-type check for the file content, and
      ff409321... == 0123afb... in Perl.  However, (a eq b) is a string
      compare  :)
