i've added a new keyword to /etc/resolv.conf that chooses which
databases gethostbyname() and gethostbyaddr() should use for
lookups. the three possible ways at the moment are /etc/hosts,
DNS, and YP. i've not written the YP code yet because i'm lazy,
but will probably do that after i take a nap.

i'd like a few beta testers who are willing to stick it in their
libc. seems to work for me, but i'd like some other people to
bash on it. drop me mail fast, i want to commit it tomorrow.
