It seems ${.OBJDIR} is not set in the Makefile any longer, so builtins.[ch]
end up in the root directory rather than the object directory.

mkbuiltins should prolly be rewritten so it will run from the object directory
and takes the source path as an argument rather than the other way around.

I can do this, if it's deemed the Right Thing.  :)
