I've placed a working "bsd style" /dev/audio soundblaster driver on
sun-lamp. it's in pub/incoming/netbsd-sb.tar.  it's just a slightly
changed version of the bsd386-sb code from Steve McCanne at LBL.

[I'm downloading the bsd368 VAT right now ;-) hoping it will work!]

Since there seemed to be some controversy over sound drivers, I left
the __BSDI__ code in.  This SB driver is fairly meager, but it plays
.au files (mu-law encoded) from my sparc just fine.  It seems to
record fine also. (and, it handles closes while playing gracefully).
