What date did you get the source you are running?  

I saw this happen with stock 0.9 on several occasions (it happened for
the first time as I was installing 0.9, before I had a chance to
re-gen the kernel; I dealt with it by reinstalling) and wasn't sure
whether it was a disk hardware failure or a software failure... but
the problem appeared to be some scrambled blocks in the ilist.

I haven't seen it happen since I installed -current and Soeren's
patched wd driver, but that wasn't all that long ago.
