Drop the ui module from atf-c

The ui module has become unused by the C binding and thus shouldn't
exist any more.  This change "moves" such code from atf-c to atf-c++.
In reality, it revives some of the old code in the atf-c++ module.

Addresses tickets #44 and #32.
