Tutorial on writing tests (for NetBSD)

Hello,

I have just published a tutorial on how to write atf-based tests for the NetBSD 
source tree.  Most of the details in the tutorial are generic, the only 
exception being the sections that detail how to build the programs using 
NetBSD's Makefiles.
