ANNOUNCE: atf-0.1 released

Hello,

I am very pleased to announce the first public release of ATF, numbered
0.1 as you may expect.  This release is being published to coincide with
the end of the Google Summer of Code 2007, a program that sponsored this
initial work in the project.  Development will continue from now on with
the primary goal of integrating ATF into the NetBSD operating system.
But, of course, feel free to adopt ATF in your own applications.

This release has been tested under NetBSD-current (4.99.29),
