 Just as a reminder:  The new CD-ROM "Gateway!  Vol.  2" has everything you
request, with exception of the DEC-Alpha specific compilation (but has the
official 1.1 release). 

 As a side-note I would like to mention, that this CD tries to etablish a
service for upcoming NetBSD distributions.
