a) that file is probably for NetBSD-1.0, and you're running -1.1 (the
kernel internals changed)

b) nobody bothered to fix it officially, because what really would be
needed, is a frontend to the generic NetBSD audio interface, so no
special solution will be officially included.

c) I didn't bother to write b), because last November somebody told be
he had it nearly ready. Hm, never heard again anything from him.

This said: 

I know s.b. made an upgrade to that audio kit; I'll try to persuade them 
to upload it to ftp.uni-regensburg.de:/pub/NetBSD-amiga/experimental
