I have uploaded a binary distribution of itcl 2.0 beta 2 to
ftp.uni-regensburg.de and expect it to appear there in a few hours.

The distribution contains the full [incr Tcl], [incr Tk], Tcl 7.4 and
Tk 4.0 versions, compiled as shared and static link libraries. You
won't need any other archive to install all of these packages at once.

Installation is done by EasyInstall for your convenience.
