I'm considering buying a ZIP drive as a backup device, and I was trying to
see if the version of tar under NetBSD 1.1 supported multivolume archives
by testing it with floppies.  I got a write error when tar tried reached
the end of the floppy.  I used the following command to try to create a
multivolume archive:

    tar -cmvf /dev/fd0a /etc /root netbsd
