I just got 1.1 up and running.  I have the cirrus console working just 
fine.  Hats off to the installation people.  Now I wish to get the
Xcl driver working but I'm not sure how to do it.
Using the example grfmodes file I did the following,
grfconfig /dev/grf3 grfmodes

then I make a symbolic link of X->Xcl
I did a startx and the screen when blank.  Thats it.
How do I tell the driver what mode to use. and what should the startx
script look like.  In short how do I start it?
