I get a bit confused.
Well, let see:

- Picasso kernel doesn't open the consolle on picasso screen, but it allow
X to open on Picasso screen using Xamiga24 server. Is it right?

- If I want to open the consolle on Picasso, I have to download 1.1ALPHA or
current. The first one is executable the second one is a set of sources.
Is it right?

But then, .../contrib/X/X11R6/X11R6.04Jan95-picasso.tar.gz works for?
Perhaps is it an X server that open X screen on a Picasso, while running
kernel 1.0?
