Here is what I have running after a ps:

PID TT STAT TIME COMMAND
205 00 Is+ 0:00.28 /usr/libexec/getty 38500 tty00
 84 e0 Ss 0:03.32 -csh (csh)
207 e0 R+ 0:00.07 ps

I don't know why the getty is running. I don't know how to compile my
own kernal so I am using the generic kernal. I also don't know how to
change any defaults, as I am new to NetBSD and Unix. I have killed
process 205 and within 3 seconds it is running again.

This has nothing to do with the above problem, but I have downloaded the
adduser1.1 script, and it does'nt work either. :-( I am not having much
luck with this. TIA
