I was installing NetBSD last night, but it wouldn't finish, it kept
saying that the /usr was full. I knew this shouldn't be happening since
I had over 100Megs in the User partition. I figured that it was stopping
about 20 Megs into the instalation, the size of my swap partition.
Looking back through the reports, I found an error I missed. The error
stated:
new rsd0i: can't figure out file system partition
/dev/sd0i on /mnt/usr: Incorrect Superblock
My hardrive is a Quantum 540S, I've tried moving the relative position of
the User partition in relation to the root but came up with the same
error. The only thing I can think of is the the dos type for the user
partiton was wrong, the type I put in was 0x4e425507 which I got from the
Install doc.
Any clues as to what the problem/solution to this will be greatly
appreciated.
