Ok the snapshot is finally uploaded, it seems closing down NSFNET
backbone has ppuit quite a cramp in the International connectivity.

Anyway, I still need to upload a A3000 kernel with PAL compiled in,
the GENERIC should have PAL support, I just compiled the GENERIC from sunlamp
except that I added the LEV6_DEFER option for slip/ppp users.
