Well, I hear the one called Xdaniver should be very fast and neat with AGA.

ftp.luth.se will probably be a good bet, it is mirroring regensburg daily and
it also has ftpmail:
  ** We now have ftpmail at ftpmail@ftp.luth.se **

I haven't tried ftpmail though, I'm directly plugged in at home :)
