Just use bffs tools and filesystem.

mount the unix root partition and "copy bffsa:netbsd netbsd:"
or something like that.

P.S.: If you don't wanna mess with that, then do a "tar -cvf /dev/fd0a /netbsd"
then under ados, "mount flat: ; tar -xvf flat:df0"
