Hi NetBSD'ers

I have uploaded a new version of the Fastlane driver to uni-regensburg.
I have only uploaded the source, but I may build a kernel if there is demand
for it. This version features reselection and synchronous transfer and is
far more evolved than the last one.

The driver is still a beta version.

The files are:
   fastlane.src-941225.tar.gz
   fastlane.src-941225.readme
and can be found in the incoming or experimental directory depending on 
wether Huber has gotten the time to move them.
