  Yes - change the value of next_repeat_timeo in sys/arch/amiga/dev/ite.c.
I routinely change mine back to the original value of 5 ( about 20 cps)
instead of the default 10 (1p cps).  It appears that this can also be
changed via an ioctl call, using ITEIOCSREPT.  This sets both the timeout
to start the repeat, and the repeat interval.
