Subject: how to avoid NTSC start of pre2?

I have a problem while starting the NetBSD prerelease 2. It seems to start with an
NTSC screen on my A2024. The problem is that I'm from Germany and working with an
PAL A2000. So everything is flickering.
Does anyone know how to change a) a PAL Amiga into an NTSC Amiga (maybe a jumper?)
                               b) the kernel or loadbsd to start in a different mode?
