Dear All,
I have been using the precompiled generic kernel (size 1083539 bytes) on
my A3000 for a few weeks now. I use my A3000 as a router between the local
Ethernet and global Internet (SLIP). With the generic kernel, everything
was working very well.
I compiled my own kernel because I had to add a new device driver in it.
I had the GATEWAY flag defined during the compile, but now no packets are
forwarded from the SLIP interface to the Ethernet and vice-versa. I had
the same problem with #744 kernel and it was never solved (until I switched
to the new kernel).
Any ideas, anyone?
