Actually, the source is ftpable from colombo.telesys-innov.fr:
  /pub/amiga/NetBSD/X11R5/mit.tar.gz

It will probably take a fair bit of work to get the servers running -
I think they were developed using the 713/714 or 744 version of the
kernel (or perhaps even earlier..), and I'd bet the kernel internals
have changed at least a little since then ;-) :-)
