I like this, swapping to disk is the primary reason I want to use my 16-bit
mem, i.e. I want to lower the swap rate. However running programs from
16-bit mem is slower, maybe this proposal would be a nice compromise.
Anyone want to learn how to write a pager? Here's a nice oppurtunity!
