Remove ruflyer.pdf and ruflyer.ps.gz targets dependencies from all and add a big
XXX comments explaining the rationale.

Unfortunately with current netbsd-doc-print they no longer works, the complete

After trying to debug that and installing tex-cm-super fonts the problem
persists. This is an hack and if possible this should be properly fixed in order
to be able to regen them if we'll update in the future.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.15 -r1.16 htdocs/gallery/advocacy/Makefile
