We used to use the netbsd-www meta package for the pkgsrc Guide, but when
the Guide moved into pkgsrc itself, all its specific dependencies ended up
in pkgsrc/doc/guide/Makefile as BUILD_DEPENDS.

I'd like to create meta-pkgs/pkgsrc-guide-tools that has a full DEPENDS on
all those tools, and change doc/guide to have BUILD_DEPENDS on that meta
package.  This will make it easier to keep the Guide-required tools
installed without having to remember which ones it needs.
