Subject: pkg_delete -n doesn't show enough

$ pkg_delete -n md-whois
$

It has no dependencies so the feedback is empty.

It would be nicer to be like:

$ delete/pkg_delete -n md-whois
Attempting to delete package `md-whois-4.6.9'
$

You can also see same is missing when doing "pkg_delete -n bash" or
"pkg_delete -Rn abiword-personal", etc.

May I commit this?

I want this so when I code an option for removing build dependencies only,
I can use for testing.
