Apparently Cisco is trying to patent a RST-ACK mechanism for TCP.  Their 
standard "Cisco will not charge royalties for implementing the patent" 
and "The company reserves the right to use its patent defensively if 
another party asserts its patents against Cisco." will apply.

I send this information along not as if NetBSD would ever need to 
implement something like this, but just in case anyone's been 
considering it.....
