i do not believe that this is sufficent exec min.  you are telling
netbsd to only allow 20MB or less for exec and i'm sure that is not
nearly enough for a system running X11 and gcc...

have you tried the defaults?  the only thing i tend to do these
days when i have enough ram is increase kern.maxvnodes.
