Our table says:

vendor DELORME          0x1163  DeLorme
product DELORME EARTHMATE 0x0100 Earthmate GPS

Clearly the 0x0100 doesn't match the 0x0200 of the device.

The Linux driver mentions:

/* DeLorme Earthmate USB - a GPS device */
#define VENDOR_ID_DELORME                0x1163
#define PRODUCT_ID_EARTHMATEUSB          0x0100
#define PRODUCT_ID_EARTHMATEUSB_LT20     0x0200

I don't see that the Linux driver distinguishes between
both devices. If you add the second product ID to
the NetBSD driver it "might just work".
